At STX Next we are looking for a Head of Delivery who blends the strategic ownership of a Delivery Lead with hands-on execution - taking full accountability for portfolio health and P&L while directly leading key delivery projects, as the bridge between client strategy, business growth, and technical execution.

Fluent German (C1/C2) is a must, plus fluent English and Polish, written and spoken.
